The  program  of  disaster  management, the  schools, is thickly  populated

               spots that may have young children and small children, who are among the most

               sensitive groups in the society of the country. It is demonstrated over and over

               that during tragedy and disaster, the schools and younger students are the most

               influenced.  To  remove  this  problem,  we  have  a  plan  for  school  students,


               especially  for  schools,  it  is  essential  to  have  a  School  Disaster  Management
               Plan. Schools, if better arranged for debacles, can likewise assume a lead job in


               the network in reacting to catastrophes.


                       This school, as an essential piece of society, has the obligation towards its

               quick  region  for  the  security  of  its  individuals,  similarly  as  the  neighboring

               network is connected to the school.


               3. The challenges faced by the principal



                       The  principal  faced  a  significant  challenge  in  the  implementation  of

               school policy. It is also indicated that the principal succeeded in overcoming

               these challenges. The main aim of the study was to investigate the challenges

               faced  by  the  principal  when  implementing  school  policy.  It  also  describes

               various challenges, such as late-coming, absenteeism, school vandalism, and the

               disciplinary that a school principal can employ.
