The School Leadership Academy (SLA), Odisha, was established in the year 2017 in collaboration with the National Centre for School Leadership (NCSL), the National Institute of Educational Planning and Administration (NIEPA), New Delhi. Taking into consideration the available requisite infrastructure and academic faculties, the Directorate of Teacher Education and State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Bhubaneswar, Odisha, was designated to function as the School Leadership Academy in the state of Odisha.
