After transformation of the school having strength of 4000 students, I realized not only did I change their
lives but even the lives of their families. My work and the school have been recognized by parents, and
the education department, for which I received the State Award. This appreciation of my work motivated
me, and boosted my confidence as an individual. It gave me the motivation to develop new methods of
administration and also made me a better troubleshooter.
