JOURNEY OF SCHOOL LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

On June 19, 2022, School Leadership Academy (SLA) was inaugurated at Jharkhand Council of Educational Research and Training (JCERT), Jharkhand. It was well supported by Deputy Director, Additional Director, JCERT, NRG, Nodal Officer (SLA), SRG from JCERT and other members from leading School Heads. JCERT has been identified as SLA (State nodal agency) and District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) has been identified as SLA (District nodal agency). A two-day orientation program was organized for faculty members from the District Institute of Education and Training and JCERT. The sessions were conducted by the faculty from the National Centre for School Leadership (NCSL) and the NRG. Since its inception, SLA, Jharkhand has been involved in various activities like school leadership orientation workshop, training program for headmasters at JCERT, school leadership orientation program for headmasters of secondary schools. Additionally, a training module for SMC members has also been prepared.
