Efforts Initiated or the Process of Transformation

I and Rahul decided to do the same by revolutionizing me. Rahul had to go to training while walking in a
jute laden sword. Even from 7 to 10 am in the morning, we would like to take a look at the parents and
explain them. Still, the history of the school is what people say, what is the point of the middle school, we
want to pray and say that the quality of your children will be written on a stamp paper. But parents do not
want to listen.

Without the physical facility and people were changing schools, there was no substitute. Thereafter, the
then Teaching Officer of the Taluka of Taluka, Shri Umesh Dongre visited the school, and the inspiration
given by us was priceless. We decided to call backagain! And we started working. By requesting the local
alumni, the school started getting the contact numbers of ex-students, who were made up of high school
students. First of all, they met local students of the area.
In the contact number of the students of the country and abroad, Mr. Muralidhar Desale (Municipal
council, Shirdi) helped the people and people's participation started from the Shirdi and on 24/07/2015,
the students created the alumni whatsapp group. We both visited the Saisdhana Trust in Shirdi and offered
the proposal to Mukesh Deore and saw the computer system. After that, a Saiboli e-learning digital
computer room was started from the local people and people's public participation and invited Mr.
Umesh Dongre to inaugurate the program. This is an inspiration for how a person's visit can be
inspirational, everyone has the experience and has been inspired to work faster.

Seeing the progress of the school going on Whatsapp, alumni's feet started walking towards school
automatically, started taking a sabbatical and contributing to material amenities. There was a question of
lakhs of paintings of the big building that the budget started by the beginning of the management of the
school started making such a budget that could not be actually done. Alumni started to cooperate. Shiva
