Further Areas for Change/ Transformation

To bring changes to the school representatives with positive energy for the development of the
Zilla Parishad School this is working in the rural areas, in the villages, for the development of the
school, and for the development of the villages.

Since I am from a poor farming family, it is necessary to create a child's interest in solving
family problems, education, and self-education by doing self-education. It is a strong desire to
work in the educational field by contributing to the overall development of education.

Our school is an example of how a school's revolution can take place in collaboration with the
School Management Committee, parents, alumni and teachers.

I would like to work as a friend of the all-round school principal through experience. Paperless
work given administrative experience to me. Of course, students' activities in low budget and all
the schools in the villages will be involved in the development of government schools. I would
like to play the role as Friend of School leaders in Maharashtra.

School Leader and Transformation

Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Vishwajeet Mane, Education Officer Mr. Ramakant Kathmore,
Group Development Officer Mr. Samarth Shewale and Block Education Officer Mr. Mina
Shivgunde. On 24/11/2017, in an advanced academic Maharashtra review meeting, M. Shri
Nandkumar Saheb (Principal Secretary), Prof. Shri Sunil Mugar (Director, Vidyapradhikarayan,
Pune), Hon'ble Mr. Sunil Chauhan (Education Director, Primary), Inspiration of Advanced
Education, Maharashtra. The school got a new motivation once again, in the presence of these
dignitaries, due to the participation of the people from the public interest to the school.
Presentation of the ideal school history was renewed.

The school has a U-Tube channel, and all the videos of the video are uploaded on it. With the
precious support of Mr. Bhushan Kulkarni Sir (shevgaon) and Guardian Mr. Vinayak Gorhe, the
school of Digital Education reached school digitally.

In June 2018, the projected teacher of the district, Shri. Lakshmikantldalwar, took the school
from interest, and received another school for innovation.
In addition, in June 2018, the school's student was 151. In the same year I can never forget the
honor and dignity of the villagers in my lifetime. I have achieved a great deal of work and the
highest quality of experience will remain permanently.

During the academic year 2018/19, the state level teachers' award was also given the opportunity
to present the school. However, due to the Sir Foundation, the work was done at the state level
and the selection of the project was chosen transparently.

When I was not the headmaster, I had the opportunity to honor the position of headmaster, it is
priceless, and I got the chance to provide high quality free education to the students of BPL, that
opportunity made gold.
