k) Our school is considered the only government school in Kumbakonam which consisted of
most number of students for 3 years.
l) Right from the year 2013 – 2017 our school students achievements have come out
through several media and newspapers.
m) I received Dr. Rathakrishnan award for the year 2013 and our school teacher K.
ANANTHI also received in the year 2016

At present our students are capable enough to complete with matriculation Students.

Further Areas for Change/ Transformation

(i) I have felt contented on student‘s achievement. Therefore I passed on to our mission to
make the students as good citizens. Then make the students how to face the difficulties
themselves around the society. Bring awareness to the society by our students.

For example
 Awareness on various fatal diseases like Dengue, Swine flu etc.,
 Awareness on Sanitation.
 Awareness on harmfulness of using plastics and carry bags.

(ii) a) Induce the J.R.C students to involve themselves in social activities
b) Encourage the Eco-club students in gardening around the school, house and Public
places.
c) Giving motivational speeches to the students by the contribution of N.GO.s
d) Awareness on health and Hygiene to the society.

School leader and Transformation

(i) a) The relationship between the leader and the teachers is amiable. Each of the
teachers has unique talent and work for the welfare of our school and for our students. As
a responsible headmaster I often allow them to be free to do their work. Hence they came
up with innovative ideas to develop the student‘s skills.
b) As I belonged to the same locality I freely meet the contributors around school and got
the necessary things for the school and for the students.
(ii) a) Every students has many hidden talents in them If the teacher finds and
encourages that hidden talents they will become an achiever
b) I feel that I have made our school as a dream school. My mission is to make The school as one
of the model schools in India before I got retired.
