- Due to my initiation, Donors have provided shoe and Socks for the year 2017-18 and will
provide once in two years, compass boxes, Examination pads, scales etc.,
- Due to my Initiation donors are providing CHICKEN @ 100 to 150 grams per student on
every Wednesday in spite of 3 eggs ever week (by Govt.). The Time-Table of Chicken
donors for one year has been made to supply of chicken to the school.
- Maintaining cordial relationship with Teachers SMC, Grampanchyath and parents,
Community.

- Behavioural change: previously students are used to destroy school things such as taps, mic,
pipes, posters, unclean the school premises, now not at all such problems even during vacation
period.

- Teachers will make a Wakeup Call to their Alloted X Children Morning at 5 AM
including me.

School has secured 98% marks in Swach vidyalaya Puraskar and got appreciated by Dy
C.M and Honorable Education Minister Kadiam Srihari.

- Free bus passes and paid bus passes have
been provide to the students at free of cost
with the help of donors.

- Maintaining greenery and growing plants in school premises by allotting 10 Marks to
the children under science subject for Formative Assessment Test I (3 Marks), II (2
Marks, III (2 Marks, and IV (3 marks) for taking care, watering the plants. Honourable
Minster for IT, Panchayath Raj, Municipal Administration, and Sri K. Taraka Rama Rao
has appreciated our staff and students; It is only the school in our District as well as
Telangana state.

All these appreciations and awards arouse interest in me and make me work more. My staff and
I never been this happy, the primary reason is we could help poor students. This school Leader
award is a big motivation for me. I may be the big picture today, but there are many others who
played an active role in the overall development of the school.
