Further Areas for Change/Transformation

Our targets and plans are simple.

1. To help as many students as possible, financially.
2. To increase enrolment of students into schools.
3. To increase literacy rate of my village i.e. Odyaram.
4. Will try to inculcate ethical values among our students.
5. To get SV Puraskar at National level for the academic year 2018-19.

Plan

1. After completing X, basing on their GPA (Grade point average) students are being motivated
to get IIIT, Agriculture polytechnic which courses useful and job oriented.
2. By providing the best facilities in our school, free/paid bus passes to nearby village students.
3. One student shall educate one illiterate family – education at home (night study)
4. Ethical values will inculcate Thought stories, experiences by using projector, reading books and
inviting great educational personalities.
5. We got SV pursakar for the year 2017-18 at State level with 98%, Target is National level for
the year 2018-19, 2% gap will be achieved by providing treated/ Mishan Bagiratha water.

I sincerely wish to see more than 100 school leaders next years.
