Abstract

The school is located in the interior of Bundelkhand region with only two rooms. The
main concern of the school head lay in the irregularity among students in the school
combined with less awareness among parents about children‘s education. For this
purpose, the school team made collective efforts with School Management Committee
(SMC) and Parents Teachers Association (PTA). The head took leading position to visit
students at their home to convince parents to send their children regularly. The
innovations in the school concerned active strategies for teaching learning process.
