  Because  of  colouring  and  cleanliness  grain  storage  and  vegetable  storage
                     pungent  smell  was  vanished  and  which  results  in  the  fresh  environment  of
                     takingmeals.


                            Overcoming  administrative problems and getting the economic benefits
                  of staff   resulted in the formation of a good report among our staff   created a
                  positive and   peaceful environment in school’.

                    Work in unity results in the building of a team as well as confidence in staff and

                    students.  Staff  confidently  started  to  enter  in  the  principle  cabin  for  the
                    discussion over their problems as well as pupils were inspired to come in the
                    principal  cabin to put their demands about the meal, sport, and other facilities,

                    so  the  CONFIDENCE  BUILDING  IS  THE  BIGGEST  ASSET  OF  MY
                    LEADERSHIP.

                    After  getting  the  different  physical  facilities  to  the  students  and  C.S.R.  and
                     local funds. It shows indirect reflection on the positive development in quality

                     and created  a safe environment in school .

                      Because of having a great interest in the innovative practices of teaching-

                learning, I have taken additional charge of Principal on dated 24 June 2019. That
                time I have decided my goals to improve the quality of the school is as follows


              1) To improve the quality of learning outcomes, NAS (National Achievement
                   Survey) tests and enables students to achieve knowledge on their own.

              2) To get student happy, hygienic and clean environment.

              3) To get proper nutrition for students.

              4) To build a good human relation among staff.

              5) To build a team for the development of educational quality.

                   To achieve these aim, I have done followings things-

              i.  Monthly      meetings  of  staff  were  organized  to  understood  their  problems  and
                   solve  them  immediately.  Gave  them  a  positive  response  and  understood  the
                   situation.
              ii.  Brought  expert personalities of  Marathi, English, Mathematics, and  Science  to
                   give guidance to the teachers and students. Visited quality school, with teachers.

              iii.  Organized  five  workshops  in  these  four  months  about  teaching-learning  and
                   make a systematic plan of teaching.

              iv.  Took successful efforts to allot Innovative Science Center (lab) from government
