7) Physical infrastructure was insufficient. There was a lack of water, sanitation

Hygiene, Electricity, non-functioning electrical light, fans, and other electrical

              Plan to overcome challenges

Principal is a D.I.E.T. faculty, that's why to improve the scholastic

achievement baseline tests were taken in school (Adhyanan Star Nishchiti) and

checked their learning levels. After the study of the learning level of students, I

organized teacher's workshops and guide them regarding teaching. In which we

discussed and learned about different teaching strategies and fixed our teaching

techniques and plan. We learned all different teaching strategies from school visits,

videos and books. We visited one private English school named Shashwat Concept

School. We have studied the teaching approach of the school of Kumthe bit from

              Satara district and other schools.

The following are the teaching techniques that we use.

For reading with comprehension the principal technique is –

whatever the students speak-teacher writes, whatever the teacher

writes – students read, whatever the student reads he writes it as it is.

              1) Pre-decided chit-chat.

              3) Wordwheel.

              4) Instructions.
              5) Story development from 3words.

              6) Making poems.

              7) Self-opinion on News fromNewspaper.

              8) Framing the questions on given content (Regarding learningoutcomes.)

              9) Use of teaching-learning material for basic mathematics.
              10) Direct use of English.
