2) Because of the lack of teachers and after the joining of four teachers on deputation
                it  was  necessary  to  build  their  team,  to  improve  quality.  For  this  number  of
                                                                       th
                meetings andfive workshops were held since 24 June 2019.
              The topics of the workshop were

              A)  Learning outcomes and the teaching-learningprocess.

              B)  Monthly planning and teaching direction based on LO’s.

              C)  Questions framing based on learningoutcomes.
              D)  Use of teaching-learning materials for basicMathematics.

              E)  Study of videos regarding teaching language, Mathematics, and English.

              3) To find the solution over conventional/traditional teaching and rote method we use
                activity-based teaching and task-oriented teaching. In which Students were given a
                task on any content and the teacher asks them to complete in a group. The teacher

                plays the role of facilitator. Students make questions by themselves and find the
                answers and present them into agroup.

              4) As  school  receives  fix  grant  for  meal  of  the  students,  hence  whatever

                availability of things we created different food recipes which students enjoyed.

              5) Grain storage rooms get cleaned and coloured , Used metal nets at different places
                to protect from rats and other borrowing animals. Special checking of persons who
                make and serves meals about cleanliness. Special meetings were held to maintain

                cleanliness about food making.

              6) Pending administrative work of all staff were cleared in a systematic and   quick
                manner. The number of meetings of the staff was held, discuss their   problems,
                 find their solutions and asked them to work in unity. In every meeting   ask            all
                staff of different wings to understand each other which creates team   feelings  in
                them.
              7)  We used the basic technique to work together for the development of  educational
                quality and the meal  of students. This results in  forming unity  among  all  staff
                of the school.

              8) By  considering  the  problems  of  funds  we  used  C.S.R.(Community  Social

                Responsibility).  Using  this  fund  4  drums  for  latrine,  bathroom,  motor  pump,3
                geysers, submersible pump for bore-well, 6 types of dictionaries, sports materials
                are availed for the school. For this about 50,000/- Rupees were expended   in
                C.S.R. in 4 months only.
