                                      Efforts Initiated or the Process of Transformation

               As the maximum guardians were illiterate who didn‘t want to send their children to school. So, we
               tried our best to pursue those guardians to send their children to school. We struggled a lot but we
               failed  to  bring  all  the  children  to  school.  So,  we  created  a  motto  ‗bring  back  to  school‘  through
               attraction. With this view we started decorating the school on the model of ‗BALA‘ through gardening
               and other decorative things at the school compound. (One of my friends gave me a CD on „BALA‟ in
               2005 to see and I was heavily inspired by that CD to change the environment of my school) From that
               point  our  journey  of  change/transformation  began.  The  journey  started  with  one  tree  only  (Jamun
               Tree). Thereafter, we started to plant different types of trees and flowers in the school campus. There
               was an aim of planting all types of trees at the school compound. After completing the process of
               gardening and plantation we planned (SDP) to form a museum in the school campus which is rare in
               modern day schools. It was a process to change the whole environment of the school and create a new
               and different environment to attract the students and visitors toward the school.

               To make this implementation successful we made student Parliament with different students group like
               Mahatma  Gandhi  Group,  (MGG),  Maulana  Abul  Kalam  Azad  (MAKA),  Pandit  Jawaharlal  Nehru
               (PJN), Dr. Bhupen Hazarika (BH), Kanaklata etc. Each group consists of 5 to 7 students with different
               aims. These students parliament worked for the betterment of the school at the instruction of the Head
               of the School. The teacher and SMC along with different people from the community contributed their
               labour when needed. Many people along with the students contributed the things which are about to
               disappear from the society to the museum. Today we have so many ancient things in our museum
               which has already disappeared from the society. Things like Gramophone, tape recorder, black and
               white TV, reel camera, model of old hornbill etc.
