School Leader and Transformation

As a school leader I have changed a lot and lots more still have to change. I learnt one thing that
through will power, passion, patience and encouragement one can do anything. Struggle and failure is
an important part of success. In the initial stage I struggled a lot, to cope up with the environment as so
many people use to insult me for doing something uncommon. But I didn‘t give up and the result is
here. As a leader I am confident to change the environment and scenario of school and villages
through the cooperation of the masses. In future I want enough space to work for the betterment of the
society.

In this process of transformation, I can see two distinctive parts of my life i.e. before the change of my
school and after the change of my school. Now a day‘s people see me in a different way, they invite
me in different programmes and meetings as a chief guest to talk about the transformation of my
school. Many other people seek my advice to implement the plan of change in their school. I have
participated in different exhibition and secure a unique place among the participants. Many people
come to me to take the ideas about how to plant trees and other gardening things. They also took the
idea of discipline and how to manage and control the files. I start a new plan to give tree plant as a gift
to people in different occasion. It is a new initiative to make the society greener. So, my next target is
to make the society healthier through greenery.

Therefore I take the initiative to make a nursery of my own in the school premises and distribute the
plants to people at free of cost because I want to give a pollution free healthy environment to next
generation where there is no place for plastic as it is very harmful for people.
