Efforts Initiated or the Process of Transformation

Many popular and reputed matriculation and higher secondary schools are there in nearby our
school. So parents attracted by these schools and admit their children. Secondly, they have story
desire to educate them through English medium so our major challenges are

1. Increasing the strength of the school is most challenging one which we went through.
2. People who live around the school have a impression on Government schools. We
decided to break out this opinion. Government schools too ensure a good education as
the matric and private schools have provided. So our team discussed how to make a
change among the parent‘s attitude.
3. We have incorporated many initiative in our school to improve its quality like:-
a) Introduced Innovative Teaching methods like teaching through smart class. (Ref Pic 3)

b) Appreciate the students who comes to school without absent
c) Make the students involving in projects.
d) Students eagerly participate in science exhibitions.
e) Our school held Annual day, sports da and games for parents every year.
f) Literary club, eco – club and J.R.C has been constituted in our school. (Ref pic
