School leader and Transformation

Role of head teacher covers "Leadership Teacher Evaluation and student discipline" bridges
teachers, students and parents. It is my passion to be a teacher.

“Excellence in Action”
“Perfection in Execution” is my motto.

As a head teacher I had learned to balance between various roles and works in the school. I had
also learned to prioritizing, scheduling and organising.

To develop this school from initial stage 2013 to this level is not an easy job. I had to face many
problems, challenges, critics, threats and so on. But with support of my Teachers, Parents,
School Management Committee, Parent Teachers Association and School Management and
Development Committee, it is possible for me to overcome this. Today I feel really proud to be
the Head teacher of this school. I used to encourage my teachers in assembly and all functions
which is a motivating factor to them.

Conducting regular parent meeting, discussing the improvement plans with the parents, make
them to participate actively in the school events provide me a great support.

This school environment and the society help me to implement my ideas and innovations in this
school which helps for the school development. Students development program, motivational
class for students, self confidence creating talks for students help us to have contact with high
profile scholars and eminent persons. Their contact and valuable ideas and suggestions help me
in the development of the school.
