Introduction –

The school's background, the real status of the problems, Challenges,

Threats, Opportunities --

ZillaParishadPrimary School, MandakiKhurd, which today got the

fortune to reach the summit of success, small saplings of MandakiKhurdSchool

were planted in the village of 700 to 800 people in the year 1965. During this

period, in the society facing adverse conditions, ignorance of education,

superstitions, financial matters, laborious farming class, and the burden of

getting rid of our own family. It was very difficult for society and the villagers

to make the trend. At that time, electricity, water, building, classroom,

sanatorium the walled compound, playground, etc. were incomplete. However,

it was decided to extend the nature of this school by Mr. VidyadharKadam,

Mrs.SnehaKadam, Mrs.Khambe, Miss. ManishaJadhav, Mr. RavindraGhanekar

and team.

With the best coordination of GramshikshanSamiti, villagers and

teachers, the school up-gradation of class 5th, 6th, 7thwere done, the school

received graduate teacher myself, Mr.Chandrakant Pandurang Ukarde. The new

school building was built on demolished old school plot by villagers. Due to this

enough classrooms were provided.

Gradually, this united attitude and secular attitude of this village were found in

their religious and social work. The entire society is passionate about the

tradition of the Warkari sect, which is a loving and affectionate person, so the

officers visiting’s hereput full of faith, with a positive attitude and great co-
operation.

Later, two more teachers were appointed. They were the graduate teacher

Smt. MeenaVichare and the assistant teacher Mr. Rajesh Mohite. The overall
performance was greatly appreciated.
