Various  initiatives  and  training  programs,  workshops,  guidance  have  been

               organized  to  coordinate  the  farmers,  villagers,  and  committees  like

               theKridaMelava, BalAnandMelava, funny games,  forest junket, trips, Meena-

               Raju Forum, Scholarship Examination, Navodaya Examination.  The activities

               of  the  villagers  began  to  be  actively  involved  in  the  activities  of  the  school

               students such as SaptarangiKavayat, Yoga teaching, Surya Namaskara, school

               campus  decoration,  science  exhibition,  etc.  continuous  efforts  were  made  to

               increase  the  intellectual,  physical,  mental  and  imaginary  progress  of  the

               students.  During  this  time,  in  the  scholarship  exam,  students  Sanjay  Sonu

               Dikeand  PallaviEknathNirmalwere qualified andMadhaviShriramGhanekar was

               selected in NavodayaVidyalaya.


                        In the same way, in the field of sports, special skills were obtained in all

               the games. The students of the Language, Kho-Kho, and Kabaddi team started

               winning success at the district level. These students have reached the national

               level  in  High  school.  Among  them  are    Prachi  Mahadev  Khambe,  Sonal

               Dattaram Khambe and Ankita Tanaji Gudekar and Pranali Prakash Gudekar has

               received the ‘Govindrao Nikam Model Student Award’.


                       In the meantime, the school has got Sane GurujiSwachhaShala Award,

               and by DIET , Ratnagiri school has got the ‘Atmasanman Award’. Later, the

               name  of  the  school  Z.P.Shala  Mandaki  No.  2  is  replaced  by

               ZPPSMandakiKhurd. Class 8 was also added following the new policy of the

               Government.In this way, it can be mentioned that the school teachers working


               in the field, leading the school management committee and all the villagers, and
               the valuable guidance and motivation of the officials received to them from time


               to time.


                          Despite this, this school was technically progressing with success due to
               the  strong  efforts  of  technical  teachers  Mr.  Rajesh  Mohite  and  cooperative


               teachers.
