FRUITS OF TRANSFORMATION -

                       Teachers were making efforts for the progress of school with help from

               parents & Gram Shikshan Samiti. Teacher organized extra curricular activities

               which were appreciated by  parents, & the villagers. Total no. of teachers were

               16.  So  each  class  have  individual  teacher  through  which  students  get  good

               exposure in class room. Since teaching quality is good, parents are willing to

               put their children in our school. In spite of having 3 English medium school in

               surrounding.KherdiNo.1 school has a very good strength of students due to the


               good  quality  education.  With  the  contribution  of  the  Gram  Shikshan  Samiti,
               Parents-Teachers  Association,  Mother  Parents  Association,  Ex-student,  Zilla


               Parishad  member,  Sarpanch  and  Gram  Panchayat  members  all  officers,
               teachers, villagers school have achieved improvement in good quality education


               & made school well equipped. For this School received Aadarsh Shala Award.



               VISIBLE RESULTS OF TRANSFORMATION -


                       As we had stage and auditorium facility Students have developed stage

               daring,     do      anchoring      inprograms       like    'SWARAJYA           SABHA'

               CONSTRUCTIVISM    heled  to  all  round  development  of  the  students.  More

               than 75% of  students are from Uttar  Pradesh , Bihar & Karnataka. The teacher

               face language problem. To overcome this obstacle they used books like Paakka

               Payya.  Each  one  teach  one  method  is  used  to  develop  language  skills  of

               students.  'Vanbhojan' is organized to spend some time with nature. Educational

               trips are organized to geographical & historical places to develop love affection

               & respect for nature.Independent Study Room has been developed for students.


                       Dramatization,  debates,  preparing  questionaries,  rangoli  competition,

               compose poem, story writing, antakshari, storytelling, competition to decorate
