Separate toilets are available for both boys and girlsboys. Mid day meal is

provided by Yashoda Mahila Bachat Gat Kherdi Plain ground is available in

front of school. Beautiful rose garden is available. Swing, see - saw like

equipments are available in garden.Secure & safe compound wall is also

available.

Old School -

I joined school Kherdi No. 1 in 2009 at that time school had two storied

building,only 12 classrooms were there. Hand wash station and toilets were

insufficient. Auditorium was not there.

PROCESS OF TRANSFORMATION -

My self Mr. Deepak Sitaram Yadav, was appointed as a High School

Principal in the year 2009 in Kherdi No. 1. When I joined the school the school

building was well equipped and the teachers were smart, all-rounder. The

school environment was very pleasant. Teachers have taken good efforts to

provide computer room, drinking water facility & make school well equipped

with villagers co-operation.

After joining, I studied the condition of the school and had a discussion

with teachers, villagers & officers and decided the area of developments and

infrastructure.Student had to go to Sati High school after std. VIII. Due to lack

of Semi-Englishmedium, 50% of the children in class IV were going to sati

high school. Thus, the number of students decreased but the children who were

leaving the school were smart, meritorious. Considering this problem, the Gram

ShikshanSamiti members, the villagers,the teachers took a decision to start semi

English medium in our school.
