Challenges faced by School -
1) The alumni of the school are now working at different great posts in good

occupation since 1977.But unfortunately, nowadays students intake is not of that
quality because of the malfunctioning of the system (scholarship exam) today.

Students are not found at least in the quality of scholarship examination, which
they faced for the admission. Most of the students, are not capable to do basic

mathematical activities and basic reading, writing activities and read with
comprehension. That was the academic position while taking the charge on date

2) When I have taken the charge on 24 June 2019at that time a total of 13 teaching
posts were granted but at that time only 4 teachers and 1 art teacher were

available for the school. That's why 04 teachers are demanded on deputation

from Zilla Parishad and Government practice teaching school.

Nowadays, there are 08 teachers and 01 art teacher but the lack of teachers were

affected by the learning of the students.

3) Yet I found the conventional (traditional) teaching from std.6 to 10 . There was
no scope in the teaching-learning process for activities and experiments. Students

were having habits of crate method learning.

4) Students were getting a fixed pattern of meals and breakfasts. They get bored with

it.

5) The cleanliness of Hostel Sanitation and grain storage was not satisfactory.

6) Because of the negative approach of clerical staff the teacher and non-teaching,

hostel staff were not getting the easy solution for their administrative problems.

That's why there was no positive communication between office staff and other

staff.
