Participation in Competitions
As a head teacher I encouraged my students
to participate in all sorts of competitions
conducted by the department as well as
private sector. Participation and winning the
competition builds self confidence in
students. This makes their parents pride and
happy.

Awards

With continuous support and encouragement of the parents,
public, teachers and students, We are able to win ―Best High
School Award‖ clean India award state level "Swatch Bharat
Award" Best Interact Club, Inspire Award for Science exhibition,
Puratchiyalar Award, Best Headmaster Award and so on. I am
awarded with Dr. Radhakrishnan award (Best teacher award) by
the state government (2017-2018) and nominated for National
award too (2017-18).

Communication Skill

Communication is the most effective way to achieve success. For that I had made a tie up with
communication skill developing company called ―Karadipath.‖ We are the first government
school in Tamil Nadu to undergone this course. Students enjoyed this fun learning a lot.

Visible Results of Transformation

Main impact of the changes introduced by me is
―The Student enrolment". It had increased from
218 to 1192. Almost 6 times increased in 5 years.
 Due to lack of classrooms, we adopt
a dual shift system without reducing the student‘s
enrolment. We are the first Government school in
Tamil Nadu who introduced shift system.
 Attitude of the parents towards
Government School has changed a lot. They encouraged nearby people to place
their ward in our school.
 Parents had contributed things worth Rs.1,70,000 to our school in 2017-18.In
the year 2018-19 it is Rs.3,70,000 They also provide laptop, bench, desks,
computer, and projectors to the school. This event held in the name of ‗kalvi
seer‘ or ‗Contribution to education‘.
