 I had to raise the faith of the parents, that studying in a government school is a
proud and pride thing.

 I had to fulfil the expectations of the parent, since they are comparing the
government school with private, management as well as CBSE schools.

 Negligence from the local body and aversion of the private schools has to be
overcome.
 Most of our students are the first generation learners who were not aware of the
importance of education.

Efforts Initiated or the Process of Transformation

Plan

My main aim is to provide these socially economically backward children,‖ Quality in
Education‖, ―Excellence in Overall Development‖. Mere studying the curriculum is not
enough to face this modern world.

 Complete personality development should be there.
 To remove inferiority complex.
 Improvement in language.
 Change in behaviour, manners, dressing sense and culture.
 Opening all doors of technology to the students.
 Update the students according to global development.
