 I with my colleagues discussed with parents about the students who are did not
concentrating on education giving them counseling to them and identify the problem

which they were facing and given solution for that.

 I prepared them to solve their problems on their own.
 We developed awareness of culture, values and ethical learning among students.

Visible Results of Transformation

 We managed to improved concentration level of students.

 Improved acadamic standards of students by club activities.

 They have been achieving their goals and parents expectations also.
 Solving their problems on their own.

 Learned moral values.

 Every student have been participating all activities.
 They believed that 100% safety and secure in KGBV schools for them.

 They have been concentrating on health and hygiene and improved good habits by
awareness programs like hand works, Swatch Bharath.

 Improved not only knowledge but also skills, attitude, abilities.
 They developed conceptual learning by book reading, questioning, and logical thinking.

 They build up their confidence by Bharath Scout and Guide, Marshal Arts, GCFC Clubs.

 They improved patriotic behavior, kindness, helping nature, saving by Bharath Scout and
Guide.

 They developed kindness on animals and aware on biodiversity,environment and save
resources

 They created pleasant atmosphere with growing and adopted plants in school.

Further Areas for Change/ Transformation

 Prepare new vision and mission for development of School.
 Prepare the School Development Plan for maintaining academic activities smoothly and

successfully.

 Prepare the master time table for academic and non-academic activities.
