 We encourage the group Bharath Scout and Guides to develop confidence, keep smiling
and know the importance of First AID, Patriotic.

 We will conduct the Karate classes to develop confidence among girls protection.

 I will make the teachers to write year plan, lesson plan before going to class and using
TLM‘s and follow the steps when they are teaching.

School Leader and Transformation

 I am role model for my students and through preverance and patience I have acquired the

qualities of leadership. During this transformative journey, I have own vision for the school

and articulate the values, vision could be stated all round development of students like
personality, improve knowledge, pass percentage, change the agent‘s society. I understood

education system, education philosophy, and familiar with teaching technology, teaching

methods for academic development.
 I created own culture like discipline, punctuality, creativity, innovations, experimentations

and develop integrity to train the students as the future successful citizen of India/World.
 Our school total strength is 263 girls. In our school different age group students are studying.

They came from different families, socio economic background, communities. I have
understood sensitive needs of students like growth stages, failing problems, issues. When they

understood problems we can manage the faculty, curriculum and infrastructure for the

development of school with sensitive care towards children
 I developed teacher‘s personality culture, values, and discipline by motivation and counseling.

They also grow ensure reflect about their teaching on the students. I provide the opportunity
for learn about them self. I conducted meeting not only on subject matters but also personality

development and understanding the nature of the students.
 I have special attention on girl students for security to them who are studying in our school.

They came from different community and background.

 Formation of Girl child empowerment clubs for protecting the children for physically,
sexually and mentally.

 Providing security through patrolling, CC Cameras and appointed watch women also.

 I improved self development by visiting other schools, reading literature by talking to people;
interact with the younger generation, parents, and teachers.
