 Preparation of action plan for improvement of academic standards of children and giving
quality education.

 Will be focusing on improving the concept based learning.

 Maintain 100% enrollment and attendance of students and teachers.
 Giving 100% safety and security to the students.

 I should give training to teachers for 100% implementation of CCE Method.
 We should achieve 100% in SSC and Inter results. Will try to motivate them to get IIT

seats.
 We will conduct the EAMCET classes for Inter and encourage them to get Medical and

Engineering seats.

 We should give nutrition food for adolescent girls.
 We should conduct the bridge course for below average student for develop the academic

levels.

 Make the students to participate in all academic and co-curricular programs from Mandal
level to National level.

 We will identify the problems in students and giving the solutions for better
improvement.

 Showing parental care towards children.
 Maintain the punctuality, discipline.

 We should conduct the regular meetings with teachers and parents.

 We should involve parents and local bodies of our Mandal in all school programs and if
any problems will arise I will personally explain them and also receiving valuable

suggestions and help from them.
 We should maintain the Co-ordination with parents and teachers.

 We will conduct the club activities of all subjects for the below average students to
improve their confidence levels by participation.

 We will conduct innovation activities like preparation low cost, no cost TLM, models by

wastage materials, placards, flash cards, charts and wall paintings.
 Encourage the students to make innovative, informative models by participation of

science fair like inspire awards.

 We grow the plants for peaceful environment.
