 I regularly touch with parents and I understood what the parent‘s expectations from our
school. They have different kind of demands. So I conduct the regular meetings, be able to

explain my side of the story and able to listen to them. Explain to them the boundaries where

the school may not be able to more.
 I involved the parents for upliftment of school by taking their suggestions and help for better

resources for school.
 In administration have lot of issues/ efficient administrator for quality in me reflected by the

success of a school.
 Financial management of school.

 Maintaining several records for accountability.

 Submission of information to higher authority and followed guidelines from them.
 I will attract the students with love and affection. I have been created the right kind of

information about any school in community be able to build image on school in the

community.
 I am managing equipments of library, lab, computers, sports, infrastructure, facilities, safety,

security, all physical facilities and human resources. Human resources are very important and
basic foundation of school depends upon teachers.

 I am encouraging the students to participation of other school for intra school competitions,
debates, cultural activities, exhibitions, quiz competitions. This is the way of our own kind the

school, teachers and students.

 These schools are working in a residential mode. So remaining teaching staff, cooks,
scavengers, watch men, ANM, Accountant are non teaching. I have been maintaining co-

operation with them. Especially I make them to maintain personal hygiene and environmental
hygiene for good health environment for a peaceful education.
