Dr. Ameeta is Principal, Springdales School, Pusa Road and Kirti Nagar, New
Delhi. She is also Manager, Springdales School, Jaipur and Founder Principal
of Springdales School, Dubai, CBSE (IGCSE & IB). She is Former Chairperson,
National Progressive School’s Conference.She is on the Managing Board of
various schools which includes Bal Bharati Schools, Jindal Schools, Convent
of Jesus & Mary, etc. She has worked in the sphere of Education, Creative
Arts, special needs education, communicative English, Street theatre, women’s
education, Peace Studies and curriculum Development for over four decades.
She has held several posts in India and abroad, at both school and university
level. She is a recipient of the prestigious National Teachers Award 2005 from
the President of India, Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam on teacher’s day. She is on
the UNESCO committee in Geneva for education of peace and human rights.
