Other work -
Besides these, I am trying my best to grow the principles of humanity,

helping nature, humbleness in the students by various means. We often check

school bags of students surprisingly to save them from unfair means. We conduct

their health and personal cleanliness checkups regularly. Special guidance is given

to girls about health and sanitation by health experts and gynecologists regarding

ladies problems regularly. Also we make them aware about their safety.

Inspecial cases we invite social counselors to tackle the problems of students

wherever necessary. Matru-Pitru Poojan & Books Exhibition, Swachchhata

Abhiyan, Solar panel inauguration, Science Exhibition, 1300 ft letter to Bapu 125

letter bunch sent to Modiji.

Experience of success -
During my regime as ahead of Shree Samartha high school, I am feeling

much satisfied with what has done by me on the level of giving studious and

motivational environment to the students and fearless and encouraging

environment to my staff. It is observed that both of these elements are happy with

me and parents too are satisfied with all practices or activities in the school. They

are well determinant and sure about the safety and progress of their wards in the

school. I remain in contact with parents by means of regular parents-teachers

meet. We proudly published our annual report card every year in the form of
school Varshikanka, which I think maybe the unique activity of us in our

surrounding educationfield.
