Mahatma Gandhi, My students wrote the letters addressing Mahatma Gandhiji

regarding how his philosophy is guiding the society so much effectively and how

his principles are showing the ways to tackle the life. Students get very much

excited. They read the books on Gandhiji from the library, collected data from

newspapers, internet and wrote the letters.

We got a huge continuous letter of length 1300 feet. We have published it in a

special ceremony. This 1300 feet letter dedicated to Bapuji has become a matter of

praise in socio-education field around us.

Pleasant and fearless environment for staff -
In schools, the staff should cheerful and fearless. Keeping this into mind

soundly, I look after my staff as my family member. To keep them happy. I

always be in regular contact with them. Our relations are so healthy, whenever

anyone do a mistake, I discuss the adverse effect of it with related members rather

than offend him. So our working culture and environment is fearless

and rich with joy. My scheme of simple celebration of birthdays of colleagues has

been proved much effective. They realized that someone is there to take

cognizance of their joys and problems. They have the surety that someone is

backing them soundly and that’s why my staff works with full potential.

Poor boy’s fund and student healthcare scheme -
I promoted the poor boy’s scheme for poor and needy students, those

who are economically backward, to provide school uniforms, books, sweaters in
special case cycles also. We also take care of needy students under the healthcare
