Govt. High School Middle Fort-Warangal Urban: Head Master- D. Ramji
As a team leader, the Headmaster stood in the forefront for all school
developmental works and coordinating with all stake holders on the said
aspect. The school also designed its logo. There are regular visits to classrooms
and making classroom observations. The school organizes Balasabhas,
formation of school cabinets and observing self-Government day to create
space for self-expression, self-discipline, creating sense of responsibility
among the student community. ICT is used as a tool for learning curricular
subjects and exposure to adventure sports and biopic of great personalities. Co-
curricular activities and practice-based activities such as testing blood group,
checking BP, recording temperatures and use of science labs in general have
increased.
Govt. High School Laxmipuram-Warangal (urban): Head Master- G. Laxmaiah
Focus was given to increase attendance in co-ordination with SMC. After
the school assembly, the HM and school staff visits the homes of those
children who are absent and pursue them to send the children to the school
regularly. Special counseling sessions are being organized with women
teachers to the girls those who are not attending the school regularly, which is
helping to improve the attendance of girls significantly

As a leader, effort is being made for self-development academically and for
behaviour change. Guidance is given to teachers to improve the teaching
learning process. Teachers are encouraged to teach innovatively and try new
methods and approaches of teaching. Resources were also provided to teachers
who experiment with new and innovative teaching learning processes. They
arable to bring a change in conducting of staff meetings, where democratic
space is provided the teachers to express their opinions freely, and evolved the
practices in developing the team spirit among the staff members.
To develop reading habits among students, book review is made part of the
school activity. To appraise the pupil performance and attendance, the teachers
are visiting their houses and also giving tips how to help their children in
studies at home.
