All Round Development of the Students
Introduced Hockey in the school, encouraging the students to participate in
competitions at different levels so that the school will get good recognition from the
community, which is helping in improving the school enrolment.

The HM realized the role of the leader is not just confined to the school,
but he/she has to play a larger role in making the school an effective learning
organization. She also realized that self-learning is important to all team
members i.e., teachers and HM. She was able to communicate the message
with clarity to others, able to get rid of shyness. She also delegated duties and
responsibilities to the staff members as per their interests and their abilities.
She also developed self-regulating processes to make the school function
effectively; even the Head Teacher is not present in the school.
Students maintain a dairy to write everyday so that the parents can know
what the children are learning, what homework they have to do and also about
the school activities. School cabinets were formed to monitor activities like
digital classes, midday meals, hand wash and library. Conducting spoken
English classes at the request of the parents, which helped to increase the
school enrolment
They have been able to change the school environment free from
disturbance. Earlier parents and outsiders used to come to the classes directly
without meeting the HM, sometimes peep into windows, take the students out
of the schools, which have been discouraged. Conducting parent teacher
meetings and maintaining phone contacts with the parents informing the
academic progress of students particularly of class-x students. As there is no
adequate playground for the school, they are planning to utilize the Panchayat
office campus as playground with the consent of Grama Sarpanch. Increase of
enrolment is a priority. The school believes if quality is assured, quantity
follows i.e., there will be flow of new admissions.
