The vision and mission of the school are:

Vision: “We are a centre of excellence in education that always strives to work
towards the betterment of the society by enabling the young minds to
realize their potential and give them the qualities which transform them
into the leaders of future generations...”

Mission: “To create a happy, secure, and stimulating learning environment in which
all members of school community can grow in confidence and their full
potential with leadership qualities, parallel thinking, proactive approach
and ability to manage success, failure and stress”.

The head teacher conducts academic meetings with teachers and student
leaders with an advance intimation of 3-5 days, enabling the participants to
come with proper agenda for the meeting. These meetings helped more
involvement of teachers and students and helped them to express their thoughts
and ideas freely. Weekly twice classroom visits are made to have deeper and
wider understanding about teachers and students.

This school has adopted certain systems to maintain regular students
attendance through ‘OUT PASS SYSTEM’, where students are issued passes
to avail the leaves. Cell conferences are being conducted with the parents to
check the absentees of the parents. WhatsApp group is maintained by staff as a
group responsibility, where all senior students and parents of present batches
are informed of examination time table, Scholarships, school activities(lab,
essay writing, mass drill, projects, draw parent visit pics academic meetings,
student performance, videos, images, employment news etc.

In the school assembly, yoga has been introduced. Two minutes ‘super
brain yoga’ is being practiced in the school to increase the brain power, where
it decreases stress, improves creativity, increases calmness and relieves from
anxiety. Career Building Information Teams (CBI) & Skill India Teams (SI)
are formed in the school. Inventor (UPS) is provided to provide uninterrupted
Teaching Learning Process especially for (digital classes) i.e., Computer,

projector and T.V. Based classes.

Academic support

To ensure all students of classes VI to VIII attain minimum basics and also

to acquaint with the terminology in English in non-language subjects for
