School Leader and Transformation
The school leader is a MOBILIZES AND FACILITATOR with innovative vibrant thought, a
connecting link between the school and community involving teachers and students.
The school leader has a key role in almost all aspects of school development whether it is
infrastructure, academics, organizational or inters personal.
I saw myself almost in all roles but more so I feel as a school leader who creates conducive
conditions that enhance favourable academic environment and at the same time that motivates
and mobilizes all stake holders to come together.
This, to me, is the key changing point ―TIE, TRUST& TRANSPARENT‘ as to tie everyone
together, win their trust and transparent in all dealings.
