students as we want but bound with rules to accept to the students who are
admitted to our school by draw system. Now it is mandatory for us to fulfill our
capacity of 260 students as per the draw system.
In this practice, we are facing so many problems regarding the academic and
social levels of students and their parents too. But as they are our students and their
comprehensive development is our prime duty we have changed ourselves in that
direction and with all professional and personal skills we are trying to make our
students be the best of all. In our efforts, we are using so many co-curricular
activities to concentrate on students and their parents and keep them into the
mainstream of teaching and learning. Though the awareness about education
is well promoted in our country even then, unfortunately, the ignorance about
education in particular socio-economical classes is still there and from the last
7 to 8 years we are facing such kind of ignorance from both students as well as
parents. So we realized the need to bring them into the flow. I with my highest
potential colleagues now trying to step as such putting forward one step to change
this ignorance to acknowledge. Now I turn towards our efforts.
Challenges and Tackling them -
Academic merits of students -
Generally, students are categorized as advanced, average and undeveloped.
The academic needs of these children are totally different. So after taking the

charge of Headmistress, I decided to separate the students of the 5 class when
they were admitted to us as per the above categories. We started special extra
classes for advanced students and undeveloped students besides their regular
classes. Both of these classes are giving us positive results. We are retaining the
number of merit students in matriculation and improving the quality of
undeveloped students so that to retain history of our meritorious result. Here I
