have to mention a fact that, result orientation is our need to face the competition of

various schools around but comprehensive development is our real goal. I made

my teaching staff to be more helpful and cooperative with the students. With

positive encouragement, my staff keeps the personal attention towards all kinds

of needs of students whether educational or other. They look after every student

as their own child and are always ready for the guidance of students with

cheerful moods. During my regime, I am continually inspiring the students to

face the competitive exams. The number of students year after year appearing for

such exams is improving per year. A large number of our students are now taking

an active interest in participating in the exam like Maths talent search, Olympiad

exams, school scholarship exams, NTSE, NMMS, etc. This year in 2019-20

our 50 students are appearing to the NTSE exam and 100 students are appearing

in the NMMS exam. We are trying that almost majority student should appear for

scholarship exams held by Maharashtra state examination council, Pune. We are

improving the percentage of students to appear for competitive examinations and

guiding the students for their success. Drawing intermediate and elementary

exam guidance classes are also run by school to make the students participate in

those exams and to improve their skills on a large scale.

Games and Sports -
Sports is the speciality of Samarth high school. During my career as

headmistress, I always guide my sports teacher to improve the quality and

standards of coaching of sports and games. Due to economic conditions, so many

students were unable to participate in sports even having the skills or merits.

Realizing the genuine problem of students, I put this issue in front of our
management which gives kind sanction to our proposal of appointment of special

coaches, to give travelling and meal allowance to students while they go out of the
