School leader and Transformation

How do you see yourself as a school leader today? Explain how you have undergone a change
after school transformation?

1. I am very good leader due to two important aspects:-
2. I am a great believer in feedback. I always ensure that my feedback is timely and based
on facts rather than speculation.
3. I also believe in consulting with my team members. Not only do they feel more valuated,
but often I learn something new.
4. I use right words because I believe right word can make the difference.
5. Thing can sometimes go wrong I maintain a rapport with unhappy team members
also…..YES YOU CAN.

My team (teachers, students and parents) believe that I am open to their suggestions.
