Use of solar Energy-
To make the classroom activities more comfortable and pleasant, I

realized the need for electric fans in the classroom as well as laboratories. The

problem is about the electricity bill, how we can pay. To resolve the issue I

convinced our management to install the solar panels to generate electricity of

our own. We installed the 10 KW solar electricity plant with government subsidy

and I feel proud to tell you that our electricity bill which was nearly 25 to 30

thousand per month is now reduced almost to half about 10 to 15 thousand per

month. I install the general classroom address system and also CCTV cameras

without hesitation about the electricity bill. Student became more comfortable

and secure in classrooms now.

Reading and Writing Campaign –

With the increasing use of technology, we have been facing an alarming

situation in society. We are seeing our students are mostly busy on television,

mobiles, the internet as well as WhatsApp or other social media. Under this fog of

danger, they are getting away from reading or writing skills. For a student, it is

very important to have the habit of reading. Reading makes personalities more

civilized and perfect. Nowadays it becomes necessary to build the reading habit

in students. For this purpose, we have started the scheme of donation of books by

students to our school library on the occasion of their birthdays. Every student

and each of my staff members donate one book to the library on their birthday. In

off periods class captains take a bunch of books from the library to their classes

and distribute the books to every student for reading. Due to this, class remains
quiet and calm and also the seeds of reading habit get planted in their mind. In

Jan 2015 when Resp. Shree Narendra Modi has become the prime minister of
India, I encourage my students to write the letters to congratulate him with their
