without delay. Effective information sharing is being done with the school staff
on school issues and efforts are made to groom the teachers as a good team.
Emphasis is given on learning of language skills with a focus on reading and
writing skills.
The support of parents and village elders was taken in arranging transport
facilities for the children coming from faraway places. The community also
helped in ensuring continuous supply of electricity in the school.
From the next academic year onwards, special focus will be given to
develop reading and writing habits by making children to write the diary
giving the details of teaching items along with names of the subjects/teachers.

The school Assembly consists of Pledge in one of the three languages, one
question, News Reading by 10 students representing all the classes, each one to
read one news item. Message by one teacher on Values and a value-based
story, followed by HM’s message. A school cabinet was constituted for
different tasks such as notice board, cultural programs, MDM, games and
sports, clean and green, digital class, library. Subject groups were also
constituted. Processes were evolved to involve the Staff members in the
decision-making process and to work collectively in realization of shared
vision.
The school organizes various activities such as Mathematics Day, Science
Day, Voters’ Day, Teachers’ Day, School Annual Day and other National
festivals. For all these events, the community was invited, and food was
arranged. All these efforts helped in improving the students attendance. SMC
and Community support were sought for arranging snacks and nutrition
supplements to X class students to enable them to sit for a longer duration for
coaching. 185 trees were planted in the school and in the Mandal Resource
center, and among them 85 are teak plants.

School committees were formed for different tasks, overall school leader
and two deputy leaders were chosen; one from boys and one from girls. Black
board activity was introduced, where the students have to write daily on the
school blackboard on items like: Yesterday’s question and today’s answer;
today’s moral; new words and meanings from three languages; importance of
the day.
