With the financial assistance of SMC and the village, play ground levelling
was done, which coasted 5lakhs. The enrolment for the school increased from 70
students to 106 students through the campaign ‘badibata’ and meetings of Parents
and SMCs.
Regular home visits to houses where children who are not regular to the
school has impacted the improved the attendance numbers. Conducting regular

monthly academic meetings with teachers on progress of the students and
supplementing with necessary inputs to overcome the learning deficiencies by
paying individual attention towards the learner.

To improve the writing skills among the students, writing of diaries has
been introduced and the school library has been developed. School cabinets were
constituted, and stationery items were distributed to the students. The school also
organized district level sports meet, science fairs, cultural events, health camps,
tree plantations and its protection. Efforts are being made to improve the
environment of the school.

The school prepared it Vision and Mission for the coming years. To
achieve it, efforts are being made to improve the enrolment running English
medium parallel sections, all students must learn basic skills i.e., Reading,
Writing and Arithmetic for which one VV has been positioned by the school.
They are making sure that the teaching learning process takes place in every
class at any given point within the school hours by improved monitoring by
School Head and each staff member’s role was defined, and responsibilities
were fixed through mutual agreement.

In the school, library, science lab and digital classroom were established. A
school Newsletter was started, where students can express their ideas and
thoughts through their writings. Students observe days of National and

International importance in the school and greenery has been improved in the
school campus

In the school, every staff member has started giving more time to school,
particularly in the evenings. Each staff member will spend at least 2 days in a
week i.e., 5.00 pm to 7.00 p.m in preparing the students for SSC examination.
One teacher accompanies the children till they reach home after the special

class. Punctuality is being maintained in the school, by discouraging late
coming. Systems are evolved to attend to the admin word in school promptly
