ZPHS-WAGAPUR, ADILABAD Dist.: Headmaster-Sri. D. Ramesh

In order to ensure punctuality among staff, the School Head started being
the first person to reach the school. With this act, many teachers have also
become punctual to school and are hoping the rest will soon fall in line. The
school has been making use of technology to conduct classes through frequent
use of AV material in classrooms. They have also successfully managed to
mobilize the local youth to contribute and help teach social studies for 4
                          classes per week.

ZPHS-BOATH, ADILABAD: Head Master – M. Shyam Sunder.

To serve as a role model for others, the Head Teacher himself began taking
substitution periods in the absence of teachers availing CL or for any other
reason. Decentralized approach of administration was adopted, where different
works were allocated to staff member such as library, furniture, maintenance
of hygiene and neatness in the school campus, students committees etc.
Students adopted the self-learning strategy of peer to peer learning during
special classes conducted after school hours.

among the student community are being imparted; for example: the students

education and conducts education fairs. Teachers and staff make sure to check
and review written works of the students. With the help of village Sarpanch,
