In order to ensure punctuality among staff, the School Head started being
the first person to reach the school. With this act, many teachers have also
become punctual to school and are hoping the rest will soon fall in line. The
school has been making use of technology to conduct classes through frequent
use of AV material in classrooms. They have also successfully managed to
mobilize the local youth to contribute and help teach social studies for 4
classes per week.
ZPHS-BOATH, ADILABAD: Head Master – M. Shyam Sunder.
To serve as a role model for others, the Head Teacher himself began taking
substitution periods in the absence of teachers availing CL or for any other
reason. Decentralized approach of administration was adopted, where different
works were allocated to staff member such as library, furniture, maintenance
of hygiene and neatness in the school campus, students committees etc.
Students adopted the self-learning strategy of peer to peer learning during
special classes conducted after school hours.
NIRMAL DISTRICT
ZPHS-PARNA- Nirmal district: Head Master-Ganesh
Every Thursday, school practices meditation in the name of Mouna
Bhojanam and the practice of recitation of poems and shlokas in being
inculcated in the students. Management skills and sharing of responsibility
among the student community are being imparted; for example: the students
themselves serve mid-day meals. The school uses digital technology to impart
education and conducts education fairs. Teachers and staff make sure to check
and review written works of the students. With the help of village Sarpanch,
toilet facilities and the public address system was procured.

Punctuality from the students and staff is being made a habit. Staff who
miss the morning assembly are marked half a day CL. To make the school
assembly interesting, every day the students are asked a Question and the
answer for the previous day’s question; along with daily news and Thought for
the Day. After the school assembly, five minutes are allocated to pick up the
waste papers and garbage littered in the ground. The school also organizes
days of National and International importance in the school and conducts co-
curricular activities and maintains greenery in the school campus.
Regular conduct of monthly meeting of staff and bi-monthly meeting of
SMCs has helped to review the performance of the students and took suitable
