                          campus,  organization  of  games  and  sports  events;  and  cultural  events.

                          Encouraged the students to make working and static models related to Science
                          and Technology with waste material under the part of waste management.
                              Based on the abilities and interests of the teaching staff, work is assigned to
                          them. Teachers are insisted to write teaching diaries. Regular conduct of staff
                          meetings, recording of minutes of the meeting. Effort is being made to develop
                          the team spirit among the teaching staff. Vision document of the school and

                          The School formulated its Vision and Mission which was a shared vision for
                          all stake holders:

               Vision:    “Motivate and Prepare the students to face the future challenges by imparting
                          standard based education’.

               Mission:  Understanding  the  socioeconomic  background  of  the  students  and  helping
                          them to grow physically, socially and emotionally.

                          Developing  the  school  environment  conducive  to  learning  /  physical,
                          cooperative environment.

                              As  a  process  of  self-development,  the  School  Head  participated  in
                          PRINCIPAL’s CONCLAVE in MUMBAI, sponsored by NISM Mumbai. The
                          Main objective of the conclave was to Introduce Financial Education as Life
                          Skills.  He  was  involved  in  the  preparation  of  Workbooks  to  introduce
                          Financial Education from VI – X.

                              ELP (English Language programme) sponsored by Project 511 with focus
                          on learning English language informally, designed especially for non-English
                          medium  students  was  initiated.  The  methodology  adopted  is  Karadi  path,
                          which  uses  a  natural  approach  to  learn  language.  Children  learn  any  other
                          language just like mother tongue through tones, gestures, body language, etc.
                          Children themselves derive the meaning on their own by  observing gestures
