through the role of little master and little leader, where children themselves
assumes these roles. Girl Child Empowerment club (GCEC) has been launched
in the school, through which the issues of girl children are being addressed. To
improve the daily attendance, the teaching staff pursued the irregular students
to come the school regularly.

HM is trying to build rapport with every child, in improving the quality of
mid-day meals. Support from Vandemaataram foundation for teaching math,
especially to improve problem solving skills among the students was taken. Effort
is being made to build relations with community for school improvement. Steps
are also being taken to control the eve-teasing in the school. The students are
exposed to digital content apart from regular classroom teaching.

Students are encouraged to participate in different events organized such as
Kabaddi, Volleyball, Kho-Kho, in the mandaland won 14 prizes. With the
assistance of VST, under CSR, teachers were positioned for Arts, Yoga and
music, where the students are experienced to participate in these activities.
Digital classroom with 2 lakh rupees is commissioned. Provided opportunities
to the students to participate in literary activities by organizing various days of
national and international importance such as Mathematics Day, Science Day
and other days. The students also participated in science exhibitions and
Inspire award programmes. Organized Exposure Visit to the historic places for
the students
With the mobile app, the parents are informed about the school activities,
timetable, children academic progress and related photos and also shared the
information through WhatsApp. To deal with low performing students, a
Vidya volunteer is appointed for additional support. Drinking water facility is
provided by taking tap connection from the government flagship programme
‘Mission Bhagiratha’ with the help of Village Sarpanch.

Carried out the programme of minimum numerical skills for all the
students of classes VIII-X, as many students performed low in mathematics.
The reasons attributed for low performance are poor attendance and lack of
basics. The programme was supported by Vandemataram Foundation.
