Maintaining the time discipline, particularly by the teachers is met with
success. Each staff member has adopted certain children, the choice of
allotting students is through a lottery. Transparency is being maintained in
financial matters, where Expenditures are being dealt by the purchase
committee. Digital technology is being put to use in the school. With the
community support, the students were provided with notebooks, laminated
furniture, band and toilets for girls.

Focus is being given to improve the school ambience through increase in
greenery in the school campus. The responsibilities of the school are shared
among the staff members. Top priority is given for maintaining punctuality in
the school. The HM is trying to maintain warm relations with the school staff
and has become patient listener. Transparency is being maintained on financial
dealings. To develop the writing skills among students, the school has initiated
the writing of diaries by the students. These diaries reflect what students have
learnt on that day, and it communicates the parents.
SIDDIPET DISTRICT
ZPHS-Chinnagundavelly, Mandal Siddipet, Siddipet District:
Attempts are being made to beautify the school and make it attractive by
painting pictures on the school walls. Greenery is being maintained in the
school. Daily 30 minutes is earmarked for giving special attention on the
concepts in which children are lagging behind. Encouraging the students to
write the stories and poems to promote creativity among student community.
WhatsApp group is formed for parents to appraise the school activities. With
the support of individual and community donors the school procured sports
materials, charts, podium, shoe, tie and belts for students.

It is a school, where the HM was a former student. Taking the advantage of
acquaintances of local community and particularly the parents, he improved
the school strength considerably, so did the attendance of the students and also
the academic achievement of the students particularly of class-X. Wide
coverage is being given through both print and electronic media on high
achievers in SSC examination. Interviews of parents and students and future
aspirations of the students are highlighted in the press coverage.
Academically, this school is supporting the Students of Non-residential
special training center situated nearby. With the assistance of an individual
